As a recognised subject matter expert, you’ll design and implement bespoke revenue management processes that align with market dynamics and business goals.

Your leadership will ensure seamless execution of strategy and alignment across commercial, operational, and analytical functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead the development of cargo revenue systems and pricing models.

• Design and implement bespoke revenue management processes that align with market dynamics and business goals.

• Working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and operational teams to set standards for excellence in cargo strategy.

• Deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that maximise profitability and performance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing revenue management team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Deliver scalable solutions and seamlessly integrate third-party platforms to expand customer choice and streamline operations.

• Manage pricing strategy, optimise inventory, and drive commercial performance globally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualified with a minimum 10+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 5 in a strategic leadership role.

• Possess a deep understanding of cargo yield levers, operational costs, and third-party distribution systems.

• Demonstrate an optimisation mindset and advanced digital competence.
